We had a fabulous morning making pancakes! We used Mummy White’s recipe with soda bread flour, sugar, eggs and butter milk. The secret to lovely fluffy pancakes is to get lots of air into the mixture. We all had a go at mixing the batter and cooking our pancakes. We put different toppings on the pancakes and everyone agreed they were delicious!
