P4 have had great fun celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. They have been finding out lots of interesting facts about the Queen. There has been great enthusiasm with everyone making lots of decorations for the classroom. Today was just brilliant. P4 were so proud of their creative crowns and looked so smart in their royal party clothes. Everyone had a great time on the Bouncy slide, obstacle course and the disco dome. After all the bouncing activities everyone was so hungry. It was fantastic to have our very own Ballydown street party in the playground. The food was yummy. Chips, chicken nuggets, sausages, ice cream and jelly and some delicious shortbread. Now everyone has time off school and hopefully have some more celebrations.
