P4 visit School in the Past!
Primary 4 recreated school in the past by dressing up and taking part in traditional style lessons. They chanted out spellings and tables with their hands behind their back. During playtime they played old, traditional games. Their lunches were brought in tea towels and old bags. They tried to recreate the packed lunches children used to have when the school was open from 1865 - 1939. The children also made a model of the old Ballydown school.
