Today, we welcomed visitors from the Dairy Council into school. The session was called ‘Food and Fitness’. They taught us lots about the different food groups and how it is important to balance our diet with exercise. We had a lot of fun and even learnt a new ‘Food and Fitness’ rap! Thank you to our visitors for a wonderful session.
