As part of our Romans topic, we have been learning about how Romans created roads. They used things like sand and large rocks to create different layers, which would form roads. We used different ingredients, including custard, digestive biscuits, marshmallows and Smarties, to create our own edible roads and learn more about the process. We enjoyed eating these afterwards too!!!
