We had our very first Science Day in P2/3 last week! We used our sense of sight to observe how soap keeps our hands clean and safe from germs. We used pepper as pretend germs and dipped our fingers into some “germ” filled water. We then added some soap to our fingers and dipped them into the “germs” (pepper) again and observed the “germs” moving away from the “safety shield” created by super soap! The children had a great day being Scientists! 🧪 🧫
